What are the BBC iPlayer RSS feeds terms of use?

If you are using BBC iPlayer feeds on your site you can display the latest programmes using RSS. We encourage the use of BBC iPlayer feeds as part of a website, however, we do require that the proper formatting and attributes are used when BBC content appears.

The attribution text should read "BBC iPlayer" or "bbc.co.uk/iplayer" as appropriate. You may not use any BBC logo or other BBC trademark. We reserve the right to prevent the distribution of BBC iPlayer content and the BBC does not accept any liability for its feeds.
