How do I enable cookies?

BBC iPlayer uses cookies to provide a personalised experience. If BBC cookies are disabled, the BBC iPlayer service will not work as fully intended. For more information read our FAQ; What functionality will change if I opt out of BBC iPlayer cookies?

There are two places where cookies might be disabled:

• BBC Website
BBC cookies can be managed via the Managing cookies BBC website.

• Internet browser
If you have difficulty enabling BBC cookies on the BBC website, check that your web browser has cookies enabled.
Use the following links to learn how to manage cookies, including how to enable and delete cookies with BBC iPlayer supported browsers:

• Microsoft Internet Explorer
• Mozilla Firefox (Windows)
• Mozilla Firefox (Mac OS X)
• Google Chrome
• For Apple Safari 5.1 users, open Safari and choose help (enter 'cookies' into the search box).
