Why am I no longer able to 'Listen Live' in BBC iPlayer to BBC radio stations in RealMedia format?
From Thursday 22 October 2009, live streaming of BBC radio stations is no longer available in Real Media format. This format has been replaced by Flash, which is now the default playback format for listening live to local radio stations in BBC iPlayer.
If you're having problems listening to BBC Local Radio through an internet radio, more advice is available in the specific FAQ relating to internet radio.
