Why aren't all UK on-demand video services listed in BBC iPlayer programme availability?

All OFCOM regulated broadcasters that offer video on-demand services in the UK are invited to have their services listed in BBC iPlayer.
At present the service is only offered for TV programmes. In the future radio programmes from other broadcasters will be available via the UK Radio Player.
