How do I reset parental guidance on my Virgin TiVo, Popcorn Hour or Popbox device?

If you are using BBC iPlayer on one of these devices:

  • Virgin TiVo
  • Popcorn Hour A200
  • Popcorn Hour A210
  • Popcorn Hour C200
  • Popbox

Please refer to the following steps if you have forgotten your password:

1) Navigate to the BBC iPlayer Settings page.
2) Highlight the Parental Guidance Settings button and input the following using your remote control - right, right, right, left, left, left.
3) Select the option to Clear Parental Guidance Password.
4) Press select again to confirm your decision and you will then be taken back to the Settings page.

Your password has now been re-set.
