Can I access BBC iPlayer on my Nintendo Wii game system?

How to access on Nintendo Wii

  1. If you haven't already done so, connect your Wii to the internet (requires wi-fi access via broadband internet).
  2. Go to Wii Shop Channel
  3. Search for BBC iPlayer and download
  4. Run BBC iPlayer Channel

Once you have downloaded the BBC iPlayer Channel you can run it directly from the Wii Channels menu, you will no longer need to run a browser.

If you do not see BBC iPlayer listed within the Wii Shop Channel, you may need to update your console. You can update your Wii by going to Wii Options in the main menu and then Wii Settings and choose Wii System Update.
