Radioplayer - I am experiencing issues whilst attempting to play content, what can I do?

We are aware from feedback on the BBC iPlayer messageboards that some users are experiencing issues with the new radioplayer console when attempting to play content.

Browser problems - Mozilla Firefox

• Please try upgrading to the latest version of Firefox

• Enable cookies

• Upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Flash Player*

If you're having problems with installing Flash on the Adobe website, or would like to know more, BBC WebWise has a guide to installing it.

If the above instructions still do not resolve the issue and you would like to report the issue to us via our contact us form, please advise what version of Flash you are currently using - just right click on the main window in Radioplayer and select ‘About Adobe Flash Player'.
