Why am I having problems playing a programme?

Incorrectly told you're outside the UK

BBC iPlayer Desktop

BBC iPlayer Desktop is still being trialled so there may be some issues. If you are having problems with Adobe Air or Flash, see this advice at Adobe's site on how to remove Flash.

You may also need to remove previous versions of Air and install the latest version. Further information on other known issues is here.

Windows Media Player downloads

If your programme is not playing properly, such as the image is jumping or it is freezing, or otherwise acting incorrectly, please see this advice.
