Why is the beginning or end of my radio programme cut off?
The recording of radio programmes is done automatically on the basis of their scheduled broadcast times. If a live radio broadcast starts earlier than planned, the recording process may not have started so the very beginning of the programme may not be captured. We do everything we can to avoid this happening, but it may happen very occasionally due to the nature of live radio broadcasting.
