I've uninstalled and reinstalled BBC iPlayer Desktop but still have problems, what should I do?
- Uninstall BBC iPlayer Desktop
- Try installing BBC iPlayer Desktop again
- If you still have problems:
- Uninstall then try installing BBC iPlayer Desktop. If it fails again, open .airappinstall.log and .airinstall.log from where the Adobe advice told you to create them (where userName is your login name for your computer).
- For Linux this is ~userName
- For a Mac this is /Users/username
- For Windows XP this is C:\documents and settings\userName
- For Windows Vista this is C:\Users\userName
- Copy and paste the information from these files into the Contact Us box along with the rest of your message
Windows users can now download this file to remove the logs if you so wish.
