No. Because of rights restrictions, we are not allowed to make BBC video available outside the UK. This means that BBC iPlayer is currently only available on your mobile within the UK.
At the moment, we don't have the capacity to serve overseas customers with either live or listen again radio content on mobiles. However you can listen to BBC radio outside the UK from a desktop computer - go to www.bbc.co.uk/radio.
The BBC's commercial arm, BBC Worldwide, have released a global version of BBC iPlayer on iPad and iPhone devices. Visit the BBC iPlayer (Global) YouTube channel for further information.
If you are in the UK and are incorrectly recognised as outside the UK, please note that some browsers route data outside the UK when their data reduction features are enabled.
If you have an Android or iOS device and are using Chrome 30.0 or above you'll need to disable the Reduce data usage option. To do this go to browser settings, select Bandwidth Management and turn off Reduce data usage. Another option would be to use another browser or a BBC app.
If you're using an Opera browser, you'll need to disable Off-Road Mode in browser settings or use another browser.
