'Incompatible device' error on BlackBerry using OS6

We're aware that some people are unable to access BBC iPlayer on a BlackBerry 9700 (Bold 2) after upgrading to BlackBerry OS6.

We're investigating why the upgrade is preventing this phone from being recognised by our systems and will fix it as soon as we can.
