How do I get the BBC iPlayer application for my Nokia N85 or N96?

The downloadable application is only available for the Nokia N85 and N96 and in some cases you may need to download and install it. The BBC will not charge you for downloading it but your network data charges may apply. It should only take a few seconds to download.

You can get the application from here. Downloading the update will allow you to access more programmes in more ways. Once downloaded and installed, you will need to quit the running application, and re-start.

TV-out playback

Nokia handsets do not allow video-out playback of DRM files; as BBC iPlayer files use DRM you will not be able to play files on your TV.
