Why am I experiencing slow download speeds with BBC iPlayer Desktop?
Sometimes servers can become busy and we are constantly working to improve performance, or your ISP may enforce traffic shaping.
Windows users may wish to try selecting the Windows Media Player option. You can find this under the More downloads tab.
