I'm trying to watch a downloaded programme - why is the 'play' button greyed out?
BBC iPlayer Desktop should connect automatically to obtain licences.for programmes. However, sometimes your DRM folder may become corrupt, so follow a full uninstall as described below and don't forget to delete the folders mentioned in the uninstall advice.
