Why are my download speeds so slow?
With ADSL, the further you are away from the telephone exchange the lower the reliability and speed of your broadband service, which may result in slow downloads. In addition, some ISPs limit or even block access for downloads during certain hours.
If in doubt, please contact your ISP.
