Why do I have an incomplete download in BBC iPlayer Desktop?
You should ensure you have the latest version of BBC iPlayer Desktop - if in doubt, uninstall then reinstall Desktop.
Alternatively, Windows users can access the Windows Media Player download under the More downloads option.
