Why do I get "Bad image", "An invalid sample description was found in the movie", or I get a blank screen in "Now playing" for downloads?
First check that you are playing your programme in BBC iPlayer Desktop - you cannot play these files in any other program, such as Windows Media Player, QuickTime or VLC.
If you are playing in BBC iPlayer Desktop, you may have an incomplete download - delete the programme and try downloading it again.
