What's the BBC's accessibility policy?

We are committed to making its output as accessible as possible to all audiences (including those with visual, hearing, cognitive or motor impairments) to fulfil its public service remit and to meet its statutory obligations.

In line with the BBC's commitments, BBC iPlayer follows the BBC Online accessibility standards.

The BBC is also working to make available on BBC iPlayer the same accessibility services (Subtitles, Audio Description, British Sign Language) in the same proportion that are available on BBC's TV broadcast channels.
