When I receive Microsoft Windows updates, do these affect the BBC iPlayer settings on my computer?
In some cases, you will need to reset some of your settings following a Windows update and you may need to check your computer's security settings, or you may also need to check if a check if a DRM reset is required for Windows XP or Windows Vista.
