How do I retrieve my password for the BBC iPlayer website Parental Guidance?
If you have forgotten your password simply go to the Parental Guidance Lock page, and select Click here for a password reminder.
We will send out a reminder to the email address entered during the password setup. If you have changed your email address and no longer have access to the account that was used to set up the Parental Guidance Lock you will need to delete your cookies and set up a new account.
If you don't find an email, please check that your mailbox isn't full, or it may be that you entered your email address incorrectly when you set up the Parental Guidance Lock. You will need to delete your cookies and set up a new account.
