BBC IPLAYER ISSUES LOG - Monday 26 October 2009 - Sunday 1 November 2009

(As at 10.25 on Monday 26 October 2009): We're currently experiencing technical difficulties resulting in a number of radio programmes broadcast on Sunday 25 October and Monday 26 October not yet being available on BBC iPlayer (they're listed as ‘Coming Soon').

(Update at 13.45 on Monday 26 October 2009): The above issue has now been resolved, with all programmes previously listed as 'Coming Soon' now becoming available.

Tuesday 27th October 2009

(As at 10.40 on Tuesday 27 October 2009) Last Chance To See - The episodes currently available on iPlayer are only available in HD, as these are the episodes that were repeated on the BBC HD channel.

The original versions that were broadcast on BBC Two expired on Sunday 25 October (seven days after the broadcast on the final episode on Sunday 18 October 2009).

**Note: These episodes expire this evening (Tuesday 27 October) at 7.59pm**

There are however repeats of Last Chance To See currently being broadcast within the Sign Zone, so anyone who's unable to watch the HD versions on their computer can watch the Signed versions which will play as normal.

These can be found within the Sign Zone section of the iPlayer site. There are currently three episodes available (as only three have been broadcast so far within the Sign Zone). The remaining three episodes will be broadcast over the next three weeks, and all six signed editions will be available to view or download until 02.54 on Monday 16 November 2009.


THE APPRENTICE USA - This series is not available on iPlayer due to rights restrictions. An FAQ has been published about this at the below link;

Yesterday's episode of Eggheads is incorrectly published at the below link instead of the episode of ‘Are you An Egghead?';

This is currently being resolved and we hope to have this corrected later today.

We've received a few emails about this, so an FAQ was created on the Help site -

(As at 11.00 on Friday 30 October 2009): We're currently experiencing technical difficulties resulting in a number of radio programmes broadcast today (Friday 30 October) not yet being available on BBC iPlayer (they're listed as ‘Coming Soon'). We're working to resolve this issue and hope to have it rectified as soon as possible. **UPDATE AT 12.00** ISSUE NOW RESOLVED AND ALL AFFECTED CONTENT NOW AVAILABLE**

PROBLEMS STREAMING HD CONTENT

Technical problems resulted in problems streaming BBC HD content on iPlayer from 20.45 this evening. The problem was fixed at 02.00 on Saturday morning (1 November 2009), so lasted for approximately 5 hours.

ISSUES WITH 'LISTEN AGAIN' FOR ALL RADIO CONTENT

Technical problems resulted in all 'Listen Again' content being unavailable from 10.15 this morning. All radio stations were affected.  The issue was rectified at 13.20.
