How do I change my Parental Guidance email address or password on the BBC iPlayer website?

Although you can turn off the Parental Guidance Lock there is no way at present to change your email address or password. Instead, you can reset Parental Guidance Lock by deleting your cookies. You can then set up the Parental Guidance Lock with a new email address and password by visiting the Parental Guidance Lock page, where you will be asked for a password and email address.
